I couldn't tell you how many times I've watched cooking shows/competitions and seen judges ask chefs, yes, "professional chefs" if they tasted their dish before serving it. I've witnessed it one too many times when eating out as well, wondering if whoever prepared the dish gave it a taste before plating, and I'm not talking about a franchise restaurant either. I always look forward to your posts and hope your schedule allows you to begin writing more frequently. Once again, great post Manny.
