I couldn&#039;t tell you how many times I&#039;ve watched cooking shows/competitions and seen judges ask chefs, yes, &quot;professional chefs&quot; if they tasted their dish before serving it. I&#039;ve witnessed it one too many times when eating out as well, wondering if whoever prepared the dish gave it a taste before plating, and I&#039;m not talking about a franchise restaurant either. 

I always look forward to your posts and hope your schedule allows you to begin writing more frequently.</description>
